We provide residential electrical services in accordance with applicable codes and standards. All work is subject to site inspection and safety considerations.
2. Estimates
Estimates are based on visible conditions and may change if unforeseen issues arise. Additional work will not proceed without customer approval.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Scheduling
Customers must provide safe and timely access to the property. Missed appointments or cancellations without at least 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing electrical issues or hidden conditions. Liability is limited to the value of services provided.
6. Warranty
We offer a workmanship warranty of 1 year. This does not cover misuse, third-party modifications, or pre-existing conditions.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure a safe work environment and disclose any known hazards.
8. Permits
Permit responsibility will be agreed upon prior to work. All work is subject to local regulations.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
